I mean...does this really shock anyone !?!? Eddy Curry has been a waste of space since the day he was traded for by the plague aka Isiah Thomas. He never had a shot of playing in my mind. For him to even try to lug his fat out of shape ass up and down the court in D'Antoni's system is pure and utter fantasy. Wouldn't be surprised if a die hard Knick fan had a room similar to that of Ray Finkle's dedicated to the demise of this porker. Not to mention he sexually assaults his male limo drivers. Dear Lord I hate this piece of shit. Only value he brings us is that fat expiring contract that we could trade for a potential game changer (cough*Carmelo*cough).
Glad to see that Turiaf is going to be the starting center. Guy has the heart of a lion. Career threatening open heart surgery in 2005 and still hitting the boards HARD. Loved watching him play on Gonzaga. I made mention to this on my facebook a week back but, in the 2005 NBA Draft the Knicks had the last pick of the first round. I was really hoping they would select Turiaf with the pick but Isiah selected a very solid basketball talent out of Florida, David Lee. 5 years later and Lee gets traded to Golden State in a sign and trade bringing us Turiaf. Ironic?
Amar'e staying at Power Forward makes the most sense. Guy can't rebound a lick so using him as the offensive monster in that run and gun offense is a sure fire plan to create havoc for opposing defenses. Amar'e is a freak and I'm expecting 40 points to be a norm for him.
