The Sorkin Notes: Revis Island in sights !?!?

Rumor has it that the Revis contract issue has actually already been settled and will be announced tomorrow. Tim Cow-lishaw went on a rant during "Around the Horn" yesterday saying the two parts were coming to an agreement that would not be announced until Wednesday. Odd when this morning's RealGM headliner was that the Jets and Revis were more than 40 mil apart.

Cow-lishaw has not backed down from his claims today and others are backing him. Isn't tomorrow night Hard Knocks? Interesting lead-in. Que the TV drama. Maybe Tom Brady should tune in because if Revis is back before week 1 so will his recurring nightmare about being stranded on an island with only a ball named Wilson to talk to.

Once again i'll take a page out of Dbl-A's rhyme book and believe it when I see it. The rumor is coming from Texas, DALLAS OF ALL PLACES. This is New York shit, so how the fuck do they have the inside goody green on the issue!?
