Great game last night. Mets snagged their cleanest win of the road trip. Johan was brilliant. The bats were alive and Jason Bay even showed up. Maybe that shot to the face he took off the left field fence jarred something loose and will now start to contribute with his bat. Never hated on his fielding, but that bases clearing double in the 8th was HOT and possibly removed the 500 lb gorilla off his back.
Pelf slobbers on the ball in less than 10 minutes. New lineup looks good
