"I had thought I was going to play tennis with a man who up to that point had been nothing but friendly to me and my kids," said the woman, who identifies herself as a 35-year-old single mother of two, in a statement. "After 10 months of emotional turmoil from the assault, losing the baby and watching him go unprosecuted, I have realized this difficult step is the only way Mr. Santana will be held accountable."
This has been a recurring news story involving Johan Santana and an alleged rape accusation occurring on a golf course in Miami. Problem is, Miami law and justice enforcement threw out the case, saying there was not enough evidence to charge Johan. Now the money grubbing class act of a female has decided to attack Johan in the civil courts.
Wait a second lady, you do understand that they are going to use the same evidence that was presented to Miami authorities when you accused Johan the first time. Let me save you the time and effort. Its an open and shut case. Same evidence, same court system, same due process, same verdict. This is an obvious attempt to drag a good man's name through the dirt. She didn't get her results the first time so now she wants the cash in her pocket. Obviously, Johan will offer a cash settlement, which he already has but I say fuck this bitch over good bro. Go to court and present your evidence, or her lack there of, so that all she gets is a hefty attorney bill.
In fact, on a pro bono basis I'll offer my services to Johan and prove him an innocent man.
Exhibit A: The woman told detectives Santana forced himself sexually on her, though she repeatedly told him she didn't want to have sex. Afterward, she said she watched him play tennis.
- Speaks for itself, obviously not traumatized enough that you couldn't pass on watching Brohan play some tennis. Did he dominate? Thats more important. The guy is a competitor.
Exhibit B: According to the police report, on the day after the alleged incident, the accuser underwent a medical examination, which showed no injuries to the vaginal area and a negative result for the presence of semen.
- Nice to know even if Johan did have sex he was smart enough to pull out or where a jimmy but with no vaginal injury or even evidence of sexual trauma good luck proving a sexual encounter in court. Simple as this - no semen, no nookie. Unless this is the second immaculate conception, i think we are about done here but in defense of my boy, I'll continue.
Exhibit C: John Clune, who is co-counsel for the accuser, told ESPN's Shelley Smith the accuser is filing the suit now because it took three months for police investigators to decide not to pursue the criminal case...Clune, a Denver-based attorney whose firm specializes in representing crime victims, also represented the family of the accuser in the Kobe Bryant case.
- Go ask that chick how her case ended up. No proven rape and there was more evidence in the case revealing her to the public as a gutty rather than Kobe as a sexual predator. Sure there was a nice settlement in it for her, but way more evidence of a sexual encounter than those brought against Johan.
Exhibit D: The woman's attorneys said the woman became pregnant as a result of the alleged attack but had a miscarriage.

Exhibit E (The Case Cracker): The day the news of the civil suit hits the media Johan responds by tossing a complete games shutout against the Colorado Rockies. The Line: 9 innings, 4 hits, 2 walks, 10 Ks. Does that sound like the line of a man who is stressing!?!? Don't think so!
